Yes, we ship using Royal Mail.

For customers in the UK, VAT is included.

For customers in the USA, we ship DDP, all duties and import taxes are covered, so your order arrives without additional charges.

For all other international destinations, local duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these fees in advance, as they differ for each country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days. International orders may take 5–10 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

We want you to love your SWEN pieces. If you change your mind, you may return any unworn, unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To arrange a return, please email us before sending your item back. Returns must be customer-arranged, sent via a tracked postal service, and paid for by the customer. Please keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
